How to access 'Redhat Linux 9.0 Manuals' after install 'as RPMs'

I have both Redhat 9.0 & Fedora Core-1 machines and I 
wanted to have the 
 'Redhat 9.0 Manuals' 

on one of them... 

so I downloaded the Manuals from Redhat.com
as RPMs...

Do I then access them as webpages or what?  using my
browser... and at what address
