Ok, and thanks a lot too to Ben and William. :-)

And sorry for the stupid question about nox. I just read
man up2date and checked all the options available.

So I have updated the up2date "sources" file to point to
a mirror and now I will run the followings command in that order:

up2date-nox -i -f kernel kernel-source
(reboot)
up2date-nox -u

And no PGP key to install,...?
