yum update for subversion?

perhaps a simple question, but is there an FTP (as opposed to HTTP)
repo for fedora updates/test/development?  everything i've read at
fedora.redhat.com seems restricted to http servers.  (yes, i know i
can use wget, but it would be nice to have a simple ftp repo as well.)
