You need to additionally install the compat-libstdc++ package, and maybe the 
compat-gcc-c++ package too

You need to get the matching nmap-frontend package for the nmap you are 
installing.  This suggests you have nmap and nmap-frontend already installed 
but are trying to update only the nmap package.  You need to do both at the 
same time.
