PHP Problem

Just a little question; what's the security issue for this function?

Most likely register_globals is set to off - take a look in /etc/php.ini
and find register_globals - set it to on and restart apache, you should
find it works then.   note that this is set off as a security feature,
so you may want to look into how to change a script so that it doesn't
require register_globals to be on.
