Updating VSFTPD from 1.2.0 to 1.2.1.

OK, I will do that. I know of no reason why not to. Just getting my hands
dirty is the real reason. Doing it to do it. I ran yum on the entire box (I
just discovered yum after having issues with the GUI up2date) via the CLI
this week so it is up to date. I have it booting to the command line and am
just trying to learn what I can.
