Random Network Droping, advice needed

Walking to work this morning, I realised why I had that many errors. A couple 
of times I've been asked to either pull my network cable or switch off my 
router whilst the Telco ran tests at the exchange. That would cause that 
amount of errors wouldn't it?

Anyway - I rebooted tonight and I've only had 2 errors in 4.5hrs.
