Fedora 1.0 / Redhat Enterprise Compatability

Are binaries compiled on Fedora 1.0 (Kernel 2.4.22 - Glibc 2.3.2)
compatibile with Enterprise 2.1 (Kernel 2.4.9 - Glibc 2.2.4) or with
Enterprise 3.0 (Kernel 2.4.21 - Glibc 2.3.2).  Can be either static or
dynamic linked programs.

Any experience anyone ?
