I know in the not too distant past that mirrors.kernel.org was having
issues syncing. There is a bug similar to yours that is also trying that
mirror:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=118596
I would suggest giving another mirror a try and see if that clears it up.
