How can I know if the TEAC DV-W58G is compatible with linux?

Hello,
I want to buy a new DVD burner, I am thinking of buying this one TEAC
DV-W58G, but I do not manage to find information about it to know if it
is recognize under linux...

I have a TEAC Cd-rom in my laptop, which is working but I would like to
be sure before buying it...

Any idea?
