service mysqld start

At first run it will create the basic MySQL DBs. The command to access
the MySQL server on commandline is mysql or mysqladmin - and NOT Mysql.

Be sure you set as one of the first steps a password for the MySQL root
user. Check bugzilla.redhat.com for an error in the mysqld init script
you then have to correct that mysql start does not fail.
