Hi Bill,
After a restart of cups it works now w/o having to reboot with it turned
on! Great. :-) I always select "Do Nothing" when prompted by kudzu.
Should I select "Keep Configuration" instead to stop kudzu asking this
question every time I boot with printer off? Which would be better?
Thanks. BTW, why can't Hardware Browser list my printer when it's off?
Shouldn't it be able to read from /etc/sysconfig/hwconf, get the printer
configuration, and display it in its window? Unless I have the printer
on on boot, it won't show up in Hardware Browser. A bug or intentional?
Regards,
-Matt
