transfer should be easy.  gnucash will import several format files, and 
if money will export a .qif format file it will be totally seamless. I 
don't know what types of files Money will export to, but gnucash is set 
up to inport .qif/.ofx/.qfx files and maybe others. I have not tried 
others, but my bank will let me download the transactions online in QIF 
or QFX format so i usually use the QFX..
