export DISPLAY from chroot environment

ps axuwww | grep nolisten | grep -v grep

If that prints out that X is not listening on tcp socket, then it can't
work and has nothing to do with a chrooted environment but with the
default security setting in Fedora. Check /etc/X11/gdm/gdm.conf.
