Installing Bluezilla

I went to:

http://mozdev.sweetooth.org/themes/themes/1_6/

And downloaded it to my desktop.  I've been using Synaptic to install
packages.  Can I use Synaptic on Bluezilla?  I tried the Find function
on Synaptic to no apparent avail.  Just curious if I could use Synaptic
in that manner: find a download and then get Synaptic to download it and
install it and the dependencies.

Otherwise and most pertinently: How can I install bluezilla.1600.jar
which is the proper version for my Mozilla 1.6?
