new to Fedora ( RPMS manager Fail).

I've just let my windows xp back.

i'm new to Fedora linux,

what is going wrong with RPMs manager ?

i can't updat or install any new RPMS after i install my system.

but when i use   rpm -ivh (---)   or rpm -i (--) every thing is going fine.

are there any bug fixes for RPMS manager ??

plz help?
