How do you expect an mp3 decoder to be included in Fedora Core 2 when
software with patenting and licencing issues, such as mp3 support, is not
included in Fedora Core 2?

http://rpm.livna.org provides an k3b-mp3 add-on package for Fedora Core 1,
which should rebuild fine on Fedora Core 2.
