Can't install FC2

Hi,

i can't install FC2. When i boot on the first CD, i have the menu, then i 
press ENTER and my computer restart :(
I've try with nofb, in text mode... still the same... kernel is not loaded
I've try default setting in the BIOS (ACPI, MPS...), still the same
I have:
Asus P4P800 (I865PE)
P4 3Ghz hyperthreading FSB800
512Mo DDR SDRAm PC3200
40 Go seagate
Geforce FX5200
17' screen Belinea
...

any idea ?
