bittorrent dl - still slow, does it pick up?

I was trying to figure out how to leave my server running with the files 
accessible by others on torrent. I couldn't figure it out but they're 
accessible via web at http://work0.kavlon.org/~michael/ if you need what 
I hope is a faster mirror.

Anyone able to give a quick guide on how to make these files accessible 
via torrent?
