Need Fedora Live CD

If you don't mind french language at least for the documentation, have a
look at CDNUX
http://www.cenbg.in2p3.fr/extra/Informatique/reseau/cdnux/cdnux.htm

It allows you to produce a liveCD from YOUR running FC1 system so the
final CD uses your language
