Cannot create DVD with ISO using Nero for Windows

Robert,

I don't know 'Nero' but there are some directions for using it to burn
CD .iso's at http://www.debian.org/CD/faq/#record-windows . The other
alternative is to download cdrecord for Windows (see the same URL.)
