incredibly slow ATA HD - HDIO_SET_DMA failed: Operation not permitted

Hi all!

Well, I didn't solve the problem yet. Still extremely slow controller...

Today I tried the controller+HD on windoze - it performs quite fast as
any other HD in the machine.

BTW, the HD is running in UDMA5.

Any hints on getting normal disk-speed on Fedora2 greatly appreciated!
