FC3: spamassassin ignoring user prefs

Most likely FC3 is using spamassassin 3.0. You may have been using
spamassassin 2.63 or 2.64 previously.
I believe some of the configuration options have changed between 2.63
and 3.0. You should check and verify that the option you are setting
has not changed names between the versions.
