Core 3 issues

I got in to the Rescue boot, got everything upgraded
still I have the boot hang on netwrok after it starts it initializing
hardware run
storage I guess is fine
or is it looking for a storage network???

This is Right after I see

then blinking cursor 

please someone help :(
