FC3: ssh does not set DISPLAY variable

Well, there's a button in the installer to display them.  Then there's a
copy in /usr/share/doc/fedora-release-3/RELEASE-NOTES-x86-en.html.  Then
there's a copy on the first CD's root directory.  If that's not enough,
there's a copy on every mirror server that serves Fedora Core
(core/3/i386/os/RELEASE-NOTES-en.html).
