apt as front-end to up2date

I think up2date is a yum front end. Apt is not usable for yum and vise
versia, they are both repo's retrievers and they do it differently. if
you are looking for a apt front end then goto a cmd line and type
apt-get install synaptic this is a gui for apt and a nice one at that.
