fetchmailconf not invoking X window

Hi,

I am using FC3. I was trying to configure fetchmail for mutt. When i
type fectmailconf in terminal (opened under X) the following error
occurs

bash: fetchmailconf: command not found

But the man pages of fetchmail says that a X window will open up where
i can enter the configuration for my fetchmail.
The o/p of fetchmail --version is as follows:

Taking options from command line
No mailservers set up -- perhaps /home/ashwin/.fetchmailrc is missing?
