httpd symlinks problem

Hi,

Looks like bugzilla here I come. I found that as well. I've now got
files served from /web and things seem happy. It wasn't though and httpd
was moaning that DocumentRoot needs to be a directory. That meant it had
to be selinux getting in the way.
