yum.conf for FC3?

Ok thank you it works fine now for update. But i have another question :
how it is possible to bypass these includepkgs lists to install something.
I explain : to update only the packages from at i put these lines to
restrict the packages list : includepkgs=pkg1,pkg2,... but when i want to
install a new package yum need to access the entire package list to
satisfy dependencies so i need to disable this feature. How it is possible
to do that ?
