The Fedora Legacy list is certainly a bit better :) Though it is a
relevant question for many FC1 users, especially for those who so far do
not care for the responsibility transfer to the Fedora Legacy Project
regarding FC1 security updates.

Yes, you can. Just adjust your sources file. The FL mirrors have the
repositories already.
