FATAL: Could not determine fully qualified hostname. Please set 'visible_hostname'

hi paul where will i find parameter to the full hostname of your cache

i was configuring squid-2.5.STABLE5-4.fc2 /usr/sbin/squid -z after typing
this command. an error message came up. below is the error message.

FATAL: Could not determine fully qualified hostname.  Please set
'visible_hostname'
