The kernel source is included *in* the Fedora Core distribution!

Poor boy, if your brain would just be a half of your flaming mouth ...

Mount FC2 CD3:
$ ls -al /mnt/cdrom1/Fedora/RPMS/kernel-source-2.6.5-1.358.i386.rpm
-rw-r--r--  16 root root 45032724  9. Mai 08:15
/mnt/cdrom1/Fedora/RPMS/kernel-source-2.6.5-1.358.i386.rpm

In system settings -> add / remove applications -> choose "kernel
development" and you get the kernel source from CD. It is just not
listed as an option there explicitly because it is obvious from choice
that the source is wanted.

How do I make myself a monkey? I post untruth to a very frequent mailing
list and flame a lot showing my lack of investigation.
