It is included and you can rpm it, just like the source to every other
package is included.

A 3 year old module source file will not build with a kernel included
with Fedora Core 2. Having the kernel source installed by default or
not will not have any effect on that. If a module can't build in the
current build environment (i.e. necessary Makefiles and headers under
/lib/modules/`uname -r`/build), it most likely can't build against the
kernel anyway.
There is no need to emit vulgarities unless you are a troll.
