up2date / Tum

I would like to run up2date, however I have problems. 

The Round red exclamation Mark shows that I have 110 updates, however I
am unable to retrieve them.  

I recieve the error:

http://fedora.quicknet.nl/fedora/fedora/2/i386/RPMS.os/headers/header.info
Status Code: 403
Error Message: Forbidden

I am behind a proxy server that requires User and Password settings.  

Can anyone assist please?
