There aren't xdvi on the DVD of FC2. Is there a rpm for xdvi ?

I'm not sure about the DVD, but "tetex-xdvi-2.0.2-13.i386.rpm" is on CD 
#2 at least.

Otherwise you should be able to download it from one of the mirrors or 
install using yum.
