http://etree.org/cgi-bin/counter.cgi/software/md5sum.exe

Download 'md5sum.exe' from link, save to 'c:\windows\system32' (or 
whatever dir you've installed windows in, or any dir in you PATH). Now 
you can run 'md5sum' from the command prompt.
