FC2 on Compaq Presario 2585 US anyone???

I have installed FC2 on a Compaq 2596US.  This machine never saw the Windows 
logo as I installed FC2 right out of the box.  I have used the built-in 
802.11g interface but replaced it with a Netgear PCMCIA card for the 
additional functionality.  Everything else works great.
