FC2 as a geteway

Settings are ok.

Looks ok too, though ip_forward is not necessary here on the NATed
client.

Check your network settings on the client. The NAT router has to be the
gateway and you have to be sure to have set valid DNS entries in
/etc/resolv.conf.
