FC2 and MySQL.

A friend of mine if trying to dump some data from a text file into the DB
using phpMyAdmin but gets the following error:

Access denied for user: 'blah at localhost' (Using password: YES)

He has full permissions for his DB.

Sorry, "doesn't seem to work" is an opinion but no valid error
description. What exactly happens when you do what?
