Are you sure your mirror has all four of the samba sub-packages?
You can check the dependencies for the files manually:
rpm -qp --requires samba-3.0.6-2.fc2.x86_64.rpm
rpm -qp --requires samba-client-3.0.6-2.fc2.x86_64.rpm
rpm -qp --requires samba-common-3.0.6-2.fc2.x86_64.rpm
rpm -qp --requires samba-swat-3.0.6-2.fc2.x86_64.rpm
