Logwatch error

FC2

Have a fairly new fresh install of FC2.  Have noticed this in the 
logwatch daily email from cron and I've looked around a bit and the 
system to try and figure out what is it from.  I have 3 FC2 
installations and none of the other systems report this error.  Here is 
the logwatch block:

SSHD Killed: 1 Time(s)

SSHD Started: 1 Time(s)

Failed to bind:
  0.0.0.0 port 22 (Address already in use) : 1 Time(s)

---------------------- SSHD End -------------------------

SSHD still works on this system.  But I'm not sure what the Failed to 
bind entry is.  Any advice would help.
