rsync Fedora

Hello All,

I am going to try and rsync Fedora onto my machine and have been trying 
to use:

rsync -auvH --partial --delete --exclude '.*' 
linux.nssl.noaa.gov::fedora/core /opt/Fedora

but thing that something is not quite correct as I am getting an error 
message that "@ERROR: access denied to fedora from ....."

I was looking at the Fedora mirrors page to get the rsync site.
