What is SELinux targeted policy?

Allow me to suggest that a brief note be attached to the release notes
detailing which servers are covered by the targeted policy and how to
disable them. Of course, a small additional note on the benefits of
SELinux, how to work with it, and what potential problems could occur
would help in easing the transition into it.

A couple of paragraphs at a minimum would be great; anything additional
is frosting on the cake.
