problem with ctrl-alt-bkspace in FC2

Well their are two answers to this:
1. We have students that do this instead of logging off. We can tell
them not to but they may not listen.

2. As someone else said sometimes things get screwed up with the X
server and ctl-alt-boot is the the only way to get back to the login
screen.
