well there is another very good software whch i had been using
for the last 3 years. Its called fantom cd . Is better than clone cd
and can copy any protcted cds to any form ie iso, mdf, ccd or 
cue sheets. Well the only case when it cant copy fully is when a cd 
is scratched but if ignore errors are given you could still copy fully.
In your case if you enable bad sector emulation you could copy 
the cd with any hassle.
