yum.conf and sources

Im trying my best to update my newly installed Fedore Core 2. It seems I
will never get done with the sources set up in /etc/yum.conf and
/etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources, so I found this site:
http://fedora.redhat.com/docs/updates/updating-sources.html

So I tried adding some sites, but I'm not sure how. Ive tried one one
line and on separate lines, but to no avail. If they are one one line, i
get strange results, so I guess thats wrong: here is what I have now:

/etc/yum.conf:

yum updates-released-fc2

This gives me 82 updates, and thats the same amount as with the deafult,
but when I launch up2date it says my system is already up to date???
Whats up here, what should I do?
