I beleive what you are looking for is something like this:
%_solve_pkgsdir   /path/to/your/rpms
%_solve_name_fmt %{?_solve_pkgsdir}/%%{NAME}-%%{VERSION}-%%{RELEASE}.
%%{ARCH}.rpm

(the second line will wrap)
