RPM/Up2Date errors ???

Hello,

This is the message I saw during an attempted update of my VNC apps by
up2date.

Subsequently I downloaded the vnc and vnc-server RPMs and attempted to
install them

manually I got the same messages ... what is going on ????? This never
occurred before.

I am running rpm-4.3.1-0.3
