xinetd.d listening twice on port 69

Hi All,

I don't believe it to be a netstat bug, due to the fact that tftp is not 
transferring files to or from. This would be due to the fact of 2 
instances running. Same as before when I didn't know that gedit was 
creating duplicates of edited files. Cheers.
