When are KDE and KFCE getting updated in FC?

... and I would suggest anybody suggesting this to seriously ask
yourselves why you really want and need to do this.

"More recent" doesn't necessarily mean "better" nor "less bugs". Without
actual reason/cause, hanging on to packages newer than current FC is
basically be sense-free.
